jane110Jane McKinnon Johnstone is a printmaker and visual artist. She works out of her studio at ArtSpace Maynard where she helped to establish the PrintWorks Studio. She offers workshops and classes in printmaking in her studio and on the PrintWorks press.

Jane McKinnon Johnstone’s works have been exhibited in solo shows, juried shows and group shows with the Partners in Printmaking group and the Blackstone Printers group. The artist has won awards from Nona Hershey and from Rachel Rosenfeld Lafo for her prints. Her work is in many private collections.

Jane McKinnon Johnstone received her B.A. from Middlebury College and a Landscape Design Certificate from Harvard University. She has studied art at the Decordova Museum School, Rhode Island School of Design, Mass College of Art, New England School of Art and Design, Radcliffe Seminars, Zea Mays Printmaking Studio and the Castle Hill Center for the Arts. She is continually seeking out and learning new techniques and inspiration from her fellow artists, arts organizations and the natural world.
